What I've donned:
- gray short-sleeved sweater top - First Issue (Liz Claiborne Company) - thrift store (this was $3 or less; I can't remember the exact cost)
- denim cropped jacket - Mossimo - consignment sale (for $2!)
- pants - Tommy Hilfiger - thrift store (a couple dollars or so; can't recall)
- canvas/leather oxfords - Timberland's - thrift store (I got these very recently for about $7, which to me is a bit pricey for thrift shopping, but I had been searching for a cute pair of oxfords, so I got em')
- beaded vintage Alaskan necklace - no brand name just a sticker on the back that reads, "Souvenir of Alaska" - yard sale ($1 or less?) (I love this because Rhoda from the Mary Tyler Moore Show has a very similar necklace in 1 episdoe! =)
- vintage canvas/leather clutch - La Rella - yard sale ($1 or less?) (This reminds me of the tribal trend - love it!)
This entire ensemble is secondhand! =) And it cost less than $20 for the whole look (maybe even less than $15 if I could remember right)! I do so love frugal life!
"But ye are a chosen generation...a peculiar people; that ye should show forth the praises of Him who hath called you out of darkness..."
-1 Peter 2:9
I love that little trivia in reference to the necklace - fun! The clutch is pretty neat as well. :)
