A Prayer

I felt led to put this up here today. It’s a prayer I prayed to my Heavenly Father.

Dear God,
Create in me a clean heart. Forgive me for my sinful ways; all are known to you – I do not try & hide them. Clean me up & have great mercy upon me. Thank you, dear Jesus, for taking the terror & death that should have been mine. You are my Savior & I praise Your name on high. Forgive me, Father, when I do the things I do not want to do…the sinful things…& neglect the good things that I do want to do. Look upon Your muddled child with grace, love, & peace. Restore & grant me wisdom as I seek Your face & will yet again. Please help me to be Your servant & let me be used for Your good purposes still. Help me with the sinful ways in which I struggle & forgive me for all through the power of Jesus.
