"Beyond Imagination Award" From Rachel! =)

The wonderful Rachel over at "Peculiar Treasures" presented me with this award! Thanks Rachel! =) If you haven't "met" Rachel she's a God-loving, modest, & artsy girl living in South Africa. Go check out her charming new blog!

-Award Rules-
1. List 8 stories or books you'd like to live in.
2. List 8 other bloggers who deserve this award.
3. Comment on their blogs & let them know you've awarded them!

My 8 Choices: (Psst! This is going to be hard deciding!)

1. The Bible (How cool would that be!)

2. The Little Mermaid by Hans Christian Andersen (I'd love to live under the sea (for a while)!)

3. Ella Enchanted by Gail Carson Levine (If you've seen the movie but not picked up the book, I recommend reading it. The book is very different & I like it better than the film!)

4. Cinderella by Charles Perrault (I do love a good fairy tale!)

5. Nancy Drew Series #41: The Clue of the Whistling Bagpipes by Carolyn Keene (So I've not actually read this one (yet), but if it's Nancy Drew & bagpipes I think it's safe to say I'd love it!)

6. Little Women by Louisa May Alcott (Yep.)

7. Where the Mountain Meets the Moon by Grace Lin (I just finished reading this the other day. It's a magical fantasy tale set in China.)

8. Betsy Zane: The Rose of Fort Henry by Lynda Durrant (I haven't read this in a long time, but when I 1st read this book I remember not being able to stop! =)

  3. By the way, I forgot to write this in my other comment: Nancy Drew rocks! Do you like the computer games too? They are so much fun. I really liked the book: The Whistling Bagpipes. Really good! My fav. was probably The Secret of the Golden Pavilion. Again thanks for the award.
    Love,
    Grace

  5. Hey Grace,
I love Nancy! I've only played little trial versions of her games, but those were fun! =) On to your other question: You need to save the award image to your computer, so you can upload to your post; then you can copy & paste or retype the rules into your post & type in your 8 book/story choices & the 8 (or less) =) other bloggers you want to award this to. Hope that makes since! If you need more help please let me know! =)
